✅控制卡路里
✅攝取高蛋白質
✅ Flexible dieting 80/20 rule

4️⃣ 保持 Active
我最喜歡到戶外走走

5️⃣ 早睡早起
晚上11點後停止任何工作

⁣6️⃣ 重複以上 # 1-5
